The Commons at Monteith Park is a 13 unit infill community located with the existing Monteith Park neighborhood in Huntersville, NC. Blue Heel acquired a 2 acre parcel that was a hold out parcel from the original community and worked with the HOA and the Town of Huntersville in developing a plan that blended in with the existing neighborhood while also creating a unique pocket community featuring master down, maintenance free homes from the Blue Heel Communities Corbinton collection.
