Robert Lewey
Land Seller, Cary NC
“I had a great experience working with Julie Gavaghan with Blue Heel Development. She went beyond what was satisfactory to please the neighboring homeowners, explaining what the plans were with the property. This was done at a private meeting at a nearby hotel asking for comments. The process went smoothly. I would surely use them again if I had more property for sale. This is a very honest company.”
Philip Matthew
Broker, Raleigh NC
“I would highly recommend doing a land transaction with Blue Heel Development. They are honest and hard-working, and put in more effort than a lot of other developers. I recently completed a deal with them; it took several years and required an offsite sewer easement. They were able to convince 95% of the neighboring community members to enable a sewer easement through HOA-controlled land, a difficult task that may not have been accomplished by another developer.”
