Blue Heel Development is a North Carolina based real estate investment and development company led by an entrepreneurial and experienced team of real estate and finance professionals. With a nimble and conservative mindset, we look to shape our local real estate markets in the dynamic areas of Raleigh and Charlotte. We are different from other developers because we are local and because we are nimble. We get a lot done with a small dedicated group of people who all take pride in their work, and we are always focused on selecting the right builder for each community. Due to our organizational structure and our right-builder focus, we hire the best teams for the best projects given each skill set of the individual builders. This helps us to react to a change in a customer’s desire for housing and to put forward the best type of neighborhood that fits in with the fabric of the local community, this gives us an advantage that we can capitalize on.

We are most proud of the creativity that's going into our developments and neighborhoods. All the projects we have created required a lot of attention to detail. We had to be niche players and think outside the box. We have tried to thoughtfully design products and communities to fit their surroundings. Our goal is to make sure that the floor plans fit the needs of the future homeowner.
