Blue Heel Development’s most recent townhome project, Alston Ridge Townhomes, consists of 40 units located adjacent to Raleigh Research Triangle Park. Nestled on a quiet street that is encompassed by large oak trees, these spacious townhomes will provide luxury living while giving renters close proximity to dining, shopping and other daily conveniences. This community will enable people who choose to rent an affordable luxury product. The homes feature two car garages, stone and brick accents, and patio access on the exterior.

the verandas at oakhurst
CHARLOTTE, NC
The Verandas, an 18-unit condominium apartment building, were the last piece of the master planned community at Oakhurst. Oakhurst is a complete community with neighborhood shops, the award-winning restaurant 131 Main, office space, daycare, townhomes, and single- family homes. Blue Heel Development developed and built the last remaining site in the community that faces the 2-acre village green. The Verandas met a renter that desired a vibrant community with many demographics and amenities but that didn’t need too much space. With each apartment having the ability to sit on a private deck facing open space and parks each resident enjoyed private outdoor space they could call their own. With miles of greenways and sidewalks that connect residents to neighbors, shops, and the pool The Verandas has been a success.
