The 72,000 square foot facility was Bertek’s main facility in the Research Triangle Park. As a company that provides affordable pharmaceutical products, Bertek also stressed the importance of affordability in their facilities. In order to fit the cost of site work into the budget, extensive Value Engineering was implemented. The team collaborated with the Architects and Engineering teams to evaluate ingenious ways to create a Class A building yet provide value for their space.

Wyeth strategically selected to locate their manufacturing facility at Keystone Technology Park in order to attract much needed pharmaceutical talent coming out of the surrounding universities in this region.

Located in Keystone Park, this central location provided Cirrus Pharmaceuticals access to employment resources from three major universities throughout the region.

The 430 Building in the Keystone Technology Park is located at the intersection of Davis Drive and Hobson Road in the Research Triangle Park on the main Corridor of Research Triangle Park. As such, it was built as a one-of-a-kind, first-of-its-class, high-tech quality construction. It consists of a five story, class-A concrete tilt building.
