The 72,000 square foot facility was Bertek’s main facility in the Research Triangle Park. As a company that provides affordable pharmaceutical products, Bertek also stressed the importance of affordability in their facilities. In order to fit the cost of site work into the budget, extensive Value Engineering was implemented. The team collaborated with the Architects and Engineering teams to evaluate ingenious ways to create a Class A building yet provide value for their space.

The 430 Building in the Keystone Technology Park is located at the intersection of Davis Drive and Hobson Road in the Research Triangle Park on the main Corridor of Research Triangle Park. As such, it was built as a one-of-a-kind, first-of-its-class, high-tech quality construction. It consists of a five story, class-A concrete tilt building.

The Centennial Science Center project was led by Blue Heel developer Julie Gavaghan prior to joining the Blue Heel team. This a 72,000 square foot Class A laboratory and office building located in Raleigh on the NC State University Centennial Campus. The building consists of steel frame and elevated concreted composite slabs on metal decking with a free standing parking deck. The exterior consists of three colors of brick veneer, metal panels, glass curtainwall, storefront windows and entrance doors. There are 268 solar panels installed on the roof.
Located on NC State Centennial Campus, the Agile Science laboratory space was a complicated fit up. Managed by the university and several professors who are working on the resolution of the effects of biofilms on various Industries.
